In order for the rent to get paid, I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times. Fix this. I'm not in the mood to pay extra for whatever because this app is not functionable.

This is not a reflection on the property management, I've had nothing but good experiences with them, but their whole system is dependent on this app, and this app is terrible. Freezes often, scrolling is bugged, cant click some buttons, and now the app simply won't open for the past few days, not sure how I'm supposed to pay my rent...please get a new software developer.

Mynd is a HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE company that has been trying to pin my father's expenses on living in an apartment we were once on the lease together with. I did not sign a new lease in the November 2020, and he lived their rent-free due to the moratorium. They don't have any information on how to get hold of him, but they have sent me endless a email, no matter how much I email them back or try to contact them. I have proof that I did not sign a lease, but they harass me constantly. Just hideous!
