My Neato does a great job on my hardwood floors. It moves around obstacles nicely. I just start it and let it do it things. I don't have a need for setting up multiple zones. I set it and forget it. Does a great job for me.

Needs a step back to original app, no go lines vs boxes. Even an option to rotate boxes would be preferable. Enjoy zone setting feature when it works.

When I first downloaded this app, the maps section advertised multiple maps coming soon. . . Years later, it still says that. Overall, I have not experienced too many issues, but I wish they'd do more to improve the app. Multiple maps as they'd claimed and many on here talk a lot about improving no-go area tool.

I'm a long time D6 owner. I've been recommending Neato products for years. A friend recently bought a new D8. The robot will not connect to his Wi-Fi. I brought his D8 home and parked it right next to my fully functional D6. I was only occasionally successful at connecting the D8 to an older Android 10 tablet, and completely unable to connect it to my Wi-Fi with no less than 30 attempts. I tried to contact their "24/7 support", and got a response saying they're not available. Do better, Neato.

Can't use my vacuum without internet. The future is stupid. Also, the app doesn't support multiple maps. Who lives on a single floor and can afford a Neato? Also, no matter what cleaning mode I set in the app, the robot uses Eco mode for cleaning. This is a pretty useless app. Update after one year: Still no support for multiple maps/floors, still not cleaning in the preferred mode, it's like the devs don't give a cr*p.

FAR INFERIOR to earlier Neato (D7) app. Map quality is laughable for a "premium" bot vac. Keep-out and cleaning zones are resizable rectangles only, with no way to rotate them, but maps are frequently created skewed off-grid. Future runs can skew map more, away from these *fixed* boxes, allowing robot to bypass keep-outs or declaring existing cleaning zones to be invalid/off-map. No live cleaning displayed. No 3D. No support for multiple robots. It's 2023 and this app still ONLY SUPPORTS ONE MAP!
