★★★★★ Great service, app does need some work. Going to account gives an error and then the list of pickup points is not complete. Still 5 stars as the service offered is awesome.

★★☆☆☆ Just don't... very bad service. I've ordered 1 item, just 1, through Amazon, it arrived to the my Pup center one week ago, and I still don't have it. Avoid if you want to receive your parcels.

★★☆☆☆ Bad user experience => uninstalled I've set up 2-factor authentication, but after you pass the first login screen you land on a second one asking for your Google Auth code, and by the time you switched to Google Authenticator to look up the code and switched back to the app, the app has rest itself back to the first login screen. So in fact you can never log in! Screw this. I'm going to use your service.

★★☆☆☆ The first time I used their service, very soon I got the confirmation that the envelope was picked up, and I got my hopes up, but they lost my envelope, and it was never found. Their support desk was useless and didn't even apologize! It's been more than three months now and the envelope is never to be found, it didn't reach its destination. I have no trust in their service anymore.
