It's fine, but for the past month it's been stuck so that whenever I log in the totals for my bank accounts just show loading symbols. What do I do?

This app is very frustrating! We have gone to the bank numerous times because we thought it was on their end. We can't get into our app without entering a pin and then security questions numerous times. When it finally does let us in it keeps saying error updating. It isn't current. No matter how many times we delete app and then download again nothing works!!

App refuses to sync for the last week, am unable to view or use any of the features for my account. Attempted to re-install now app says it's unable to log in at all and doesn't make it through the initial loading screen.
