Awful design, limited functionality, you can't even tell if you've submitted your claim correctly. In-app camera doesn't work, and I have a Galaxy S10+, so it's not an outdated android version.

Waste of time What's the point of having this app if you can't get past the login screen? You know your screen name is correct, you know your password is correct, yet this app constantly tells you it can't authenticate your information. You then have to reroute yourself to their regular web page to either reset your password or try to log in through the website on a computer. Nothing but a hassle with this app, don't waste your time.

Not working, kicks me out when trying to snap claim

Completely worthless. In-app camera doesn't work. Gives an error when I put in info. Also, not sure if info gets put in. No enter key just an x.
