Can't set up account. It asks for name and password. Just downloaded and don't have an account set up.

It doesn't work. It takes a long time to load and does not actually send appointment requests. You'll be better off using a browser on your computer.

Doesn't give an option to allow the mic and camera on my phone, and now I owe a $50 charge for the late appointment as I couldn't join my daughter while at work due to the app not popping an allow button for me.
