I just want to say that this is the first time I've been pleased with going to a doctor's office who actually takes care of you. The BeWell program is awesome. I would highly recommend using this BeWell program for counseling. Sandra S. has been wonderful in helping me with my counseling. This is just one of many programs they offer at Sanitas Medical Center on Falkenburg Road in Riverview. Great Job Sanitas.

Replying to developers: no I'm not going to contact you. You can create an account and troubleshoot yourselves. Dropped to 2 stars: you've got my name, insurance etc., and you want me to re-enter that and more? Every time I schedule an appointment? App needs a lot of work. Ex 1. Appointments don't show office address 2. Passwords don't work with password manager 3. Find an office doesn't list by City/Zip

Impossible to use. I can't log in after making the account. Even something as simple as setting up your date of birth is a struggle.

This has to be one of the worst medical apps I've ever used. I was forced to use it to confirm my appointment. I can't even finish registration without the app closing itself, asking me to create another account, just to tell me that "user is partially available". What does that even mean? To make things even more ridiculous, online chat is a joke - either the agent is inept, or tech support is lazy and doesn't work. When I call, the agents don't know how to fix the issue. It's a shame.
