★★☆☆☆ Don't waste time with this app. Tried to book tickets and make payment using credit card and the page just went blank despite multiple attempts. Disappointed 😞 expect better experience from sentosa brand. Please reflect on our feedback.

★★☆☆☆ Very bad experience. Prior to the update, it was already difficult to scan to enter (two steps to access qr code). Logging in with the website is better. The app disables biometrics login when there is an update. Requires mandatory update before use. If you forget password, there is a vicious loop of asking you to login, click forget password, emailing you (not immed, have to wait for a few mins) link you to login page and same email. Till now, I haven't figured out my access.

★★☆☆☆ Logging in is always an issue. Despite registering my biometric, I was still asked to enter my password as it's not recognized for some reason. When I tried to reset my password, the reset password link brought me back to the login page without an option to reset my password. So that's back to where I started.
