The app needs the original Epic added to the list. And the app no longer notifies user of thread changes (they show on screen, but no audible notification) or other interruptions in embroidery (like thread breaks). App is OK, but not especially useful; have to start using a baby monitor again to see when machine stops. Highly disappointed.

I've been able to install to my Android phone and although the Monitor seems to work, the Design Placement needs some issues addressed, primarily the way the app brings the photo of the hooped fabric over to my EPIC machine. The app doesn't show the entire inside area of the hoop, it only shows the design field, so if I want to baste around a design to secure the fabric and stabilizer, for instance, I'm not able to see that effectively. Basically, once the photo of the hooped fabric goes to the machine, it's zoomed in to only the actual design field, and we cannot change that on the machine's screen. I'm really surprised that VSM didn't improve the "Design Creator" that's on the current version of the app. They basically removed it, at least from the free version. I always thought the concept was good, but the rendered designs it created were just awful. Now, the replacement is only available if users spend an additional $50 per month for the Platinum mySewnet software.....on top of the $$$$$ our machines already cost. Already owning effective embroidery digitizing software, I cannot justify spending $600 a year on nearly duplicate software.
