★★★★★ Love this app! It has made my hospital visits so much more efficient. I no longer need to deal with long registration processes or wait in queues. With just a few taps on the app, I receive a barcode that I can scan upon arrival at the hospital, and I’m all set to meet the doctor. It even helps me secure my queue number for the pharmacist and cashier, saving me a lot of time and hassle.

★★★★★ The language differences can be confusing, sometimes they're using Bahama sometimes english. Yet overall it's still an okay as I can use both of them, but I do concern about foreigners who could only use english.

★★★★★ Helpful hospital app especially if we need to quickly make an appointment with doctors. Very easy and seamless too, once you're arrived in the hospital, you can simply check in and go straight to the counter to wait for your turn to be called in. Sometimes, the app is buggy and have annoying glitches, thus the 4-stars

★★☆☆☆ Every time I book appointment by phone or just walk in, it's not linked in the app. Come on guys, I know you can do better. Every time I always asked for phone number everywhere in the vicinity, yet it doesn't show up in the app. Does walk in / phone appointment having different database from the app? If so then why bother to create this app?? Guys, don't just create app because every other hospitals did, create app because it is essentially needed for your customer. 😴

★★☆☆☆ App crashes again and again, asking to check my connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it didn't help
