App broke recently. It's completely unusable. Navigation doesn't work, and no buttons respond to input. Problem doesn't go away on restarting the phone.

Works on phone (Samsung S10 Edge), but does not work on tablet (Samsung S6 Lite)! Despite having the appropriate version of Android OS installed on the tablet and being able to download and open the app, I can't get past the introduction slides and sign into the app on my tablet. Update: I was able to get to the login screen on the tablet by rotating the app into landscape mode!
