If I can make a feature request! I'd like a widget. ’D One that shows on my phone home screen the most recent days charges. :0 That way I can see at a glance my house jiggling those pesky electrons.

The mysunru app is well-designed and easy to use. I'm writing this review because I just used the support by chat functionality. The Sun Run chat agent gave prompt and pertinent answers to my questions. The agent seemed to be typing to me. Many other app chat agents type to several people at once, but the Sun Run agent didn't seem distracted by other people.

Up until 3/18 the app showed not only system production, but how much power was exported to the grid or imported from the grid, or usage. Now only production data appears, and all the previous data is gone. What happened?

Vivint solar app worked... Then sun run bought them out, and I was forced to get this garbage app... and I haven't been able to access my solar power data since! Totally fed up with this joke of a company

Have had the APP since 4/1/2022. Worked for the first month, hasn't worked since. Called customer service multiple times, say they are working on it. Clearly they are not. Worst solar output tracking APP for actual Sun run customers.
