Previous/early reviews had me worried but deleting and reinstalling fixed the scanner disappearing problem. I used it successfully at Kroger and everything rang up just fine. I'm pleased with the app so far, and for reference I use a Moto G Stylus 2020 version, which is Android. I wouldn't try to use the flex card without this app and scanning to see that everything is approved.

Had to uninstall and then reinstall the ap to finally get the product scanner to work correctly or even be able to open this ap. It's been smooth sailing since I did that! I love my benefits, and love even more that I'm able to check products while shopping that are approved. It helps me shop and be aware what'll be covered and what I'll be spending out of pocket.

This app is totally useless, there isn't a barcode scanner or anything on it now after the latest update and when there was the scanner didn't work properly 98% of the time when you go to scan a barcode on groceries it would either say No barcode found or that the product isn't approved when it would be approved. I wished that High mark Whole care would have kept the Healthy Benefits card because the new My Flex Cards are garbage and this app for it is even more garbage it ain't worth using.

I don't know what you did to this app, but a recent update took all the quick links out. The product scanner is missing. It was working all of 2024 until the update hit on 1/05/25. What gives???
