I am a pt. of UCD Med. Ctr and an RN by profession. This feature has made my admission stay easier to understand what is going on since I can read lab, diagnostic results, doctors and nursea notes, communicate to my nurses and people involved in my care from admission to post discharge. As a patient I can say this app is one of the best they incorporated in their pt. care.

I need this for access to my kids medical appointments, and it keeps unlinking their accounts, so I have to get a new username and linked account for every appointment. Please fix this!

There are no alerts or notifications. You will not know if appointments are cancelled unless they call you

This app has changed significantly. Any sort of communication via this app is pretty much billed as an office visit now and the list of reasons for message is used as a backup for charging an office visit to insurance. Sneaky and questionable for being ethical. Hmm. Diagnosis by various doctors never tells you what part of your body the diagnosis is specifically for. Guess you have to guess? Or maybe call the doctor office to get clarification, and they will then bill ins for office visit!
