★★★★★ The app is very easy to use. I can verify my appointments and do recheck in, which saves time at the doctor. All test results can be easily found on the app. I love it. Having access to ALL my records is such a plus!

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst experience with an app in the history of apps. The person that put this together must believe that a criminal must be holding on to my phone at all times because I have never had screenshot blocked from an app LIKE THIS ONE DOES 🤬 and I have never had to log in so many times and change my password multiple times over my medical inform. This app needs to be destroyed. It's USELESS. Update....it still SUCKS! Now my e-check in papers will not download to sign pre appointment. 🙄

★★☆☆☆ Management does not respond to complaints they ignore patients. When they give Dr referral the referral goes through, but department does not check I have called for 5 weeks gave 3 grievances it still took 3.5 months to get service. Will never use UC San Diego health insurance They are not WORLD CLASS at all.
