Awful - don't waste your time w this nonsense online or app. Either the website logs out, the dr. keeps declining visits, or something causes it to kick me out of line. It's been 6 hrs and I haven't seen a doctor. I get to the front of the line, and it kicks me off, I go back on to the same doctor but behind a line of 30+ patients. I get this is a high volume time but according to comments this isn't even a new problem.

Almost impossible to use as is. I can't really do anything on the app because it wants to crash every 5 seconds (not exaggerating) and it takes at least 8 seconds to load anything if it even successfully loads. I need therapy, and you're making me go through this app to do that.so please fix this

Years ago, I loved the convenience of this app. Having recently switched back to MVP, I can now confidently say this app is utter garbage. The concept is still great, but the app itself is unusable. It constantly freezes and crashes. My first appointment simply disappeared, during my second appointment, the system constantly froze while I was inputting information, then completely crashed, but also wouldn't let me into the appt on any other device. Unusable garbage.

Constantly purposely misinform/ keep patient uninformed regarding rights to coverage, ambulance out of county to hosp of choice, doctors out of state, lying about my husband being able to be a part Of my medical care. Violating HIPAA rights, using people personal info in conjunction with corrupt doctors/ dentists in negligent care. Feeding information to NY corrupt politicians to purchase property in NY, Capitol One Invest. Portfolio uses tax $$ unlawful purchase
