Great app. Just wish it would send an email confirmation of the updates submitted. Also wish that when there is a payment posted, there was a way to see what exactly it is for. So we don't have to bother our workers. It will say claim expense etc. But not what that is exactly. So if you have more than one that you have sent in, there's no way to know which one is or isn't paid.

Every time I try to open this app it tells me there is a new version available to download and automatically redirects me to the Play store, but there is no option to update, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still does not work. It continues to tell me that there is a new version yet presents no option for updating

Broken app Already have account online no problems with that, but the app asks you to sign in and says wrong email or password Call the # for support, and it's just the basic wcb help no technical help

I am having the same problem that many others are having and that have supposedly been fixed. I go to the App try to log in, and a screen pops up newer version available please update. I uninstall the App reinstall the app to get the same message. I would think with most communication being funneled towards the App maybe there would be some real effort put into fixing this ongoing problem. The last review I read was from July 2021 and now almost 3 months later the problem still exists.

Laggy. Unreliable. Freezes. Won't open most of the time. You would think an app that WCB suggests you download and use, that deals with peoples livelihoods, would be at least somewhat useful. Not the case here.
