The app is good with new integrations for e-bikes and availability of Germany wide timetable, but even in 2024, there is no English menu in the app? Nuremberg has more than 25% Islanders, and it definitely helps them if English menu is included. Also, please note that existing VGN App has English menu, hence the expectation for a successor app will also be same. Kindly take this as feedback., and this is the reason why 1★ is reduced.

The app is great, I found a bug and want to report it, for the Deutschland ticket if you have a photo of your ticket it doesn't shows it on the app, but after closing app and going in and out many times it finally displays the photo of the ticket, the iphone version haven't got this problem, I have checked it with many other users having the same problem with the tickets with their photos on android, and those users were all from VGN including me, I hope ut gets fixed on the next update.

Unfortunately there is no good overview of where it is not allowed to leave the bike. I always put the bike at the wöhrder wiese ubahn stop, but sometimes I have no service costs, but twice I was charged 20 Euro service costs because it was not in the white area. I don't understand why an uban station is not completely within the allowed area. Especially when there are by default other Vag bikes parked. Would be useful if you could use the app instead of a card to prove your yearly subscription.

This app is exclusively in German, unlike VGN, which operates in both German and English. My primary issue with this app is its failure to display a user photo alongside the ticket QR code, despite having uploaded my picture. Despite reaching out to the creators for assistance, my concerns have been met with indifference.

No way to change the language to english. As a tourist I would like to be able to use an app instead of the ticket machines.
