Update 12/15/2021 causes the app to crash...keeps asking to add license and when you choose state, it crashes over and over again

It won't even let me go into the app. It says new version available, and I click update, and it goes right back to "new version available" with the option to download it. It's a cycle.

The app showed that all my licenses were expired. After updating, still showed I had 0 hrs for last 2 years when actually I have over 30 hoirs of CPE.
