★★★★★ Been on Napster for years. Love the choice of music. Always accessible. Only issue would be when other people using the account it goes off. New issues I'm having is I can't get access to my playlists on my phone. Downloaded or streaming. Was advised to delete app, but that would mean losing my downloaded favorites list. I share my napster with my kids, so this can be hard work as they have their own favorites. They should make it accessible from more than one device.

★★★★★ Having tried this app earlier in the year and not been impressed, given it another try after a three-month trial offer. Sound is very good - seems to sound better now - and most albums & artists I like are here. Missing personalized playlists like new releases. The personalized mix will hopefully improve over time. App version is good but the Web player needs a little tlc! Worth a try as an alternative to Deezer or Spotify.

★★☆☆☆ Like Spotify but worse in every single aspect. - Logs me out from time to time - Search is very, very slow - The songs in my saved(!) playlist change versions - Offline does not work properly - no podcasts I switched over because I read that Napster pays the artists better, but it was not worth it. I will move on after the annual subscription runs out.
