I tried many times to call to contact center to clarify why App gives bugs many times. Operator said: there are two types of app. One with white font and another with red. I don't care red or white. Give me app normal app to manage account. They did everything you can not contact to contact center. My call was for activation of rouming but due to automatic activation of internet packet which I am not able to remember because activation was in Jan 2023 my balance gone for useless internet packet.
