App works very well for me- seems I'm one of the lucky ones. I had trouble too until I thought to log in within the app, I suggest those having trouble give it a try. It's in Settings. Will give 5 stars when Chromecast support is added. Surely authentication can be sorted out. Not all of us have or want smart tv's.

Bloody fantastic! and one of the main REASONS I CHOSE a two year lock in contract with OPTUS was data free access to National Geographic. Nat. Geo seems to enjoy the long lost trust and respect Australia's A.B.C USED TO HAVE before they lent so far to the left.

I love the app, but it has one flaw! Although I live and am in Australia, I keep getting the message: "This video can only be seen in Australia!" Maybe you could improve this part! It would be appreciated. Especially as I am paying for the programs.

was able to access premium stuff from my optus eligibility but now does not work. always asking me to subscribe to 10$. there is a lack of coordination between optus and Nat geo regarding this. have followed the process but doesn't work.

i am an optus customer, followed all the instructions to sign up and I still am getting asked to subscribe in the app :/ also, there has been no option anywhere to enter the subscription code that I was sent via text from optus... i honestly hate this new version

This app has great potential but unfortunately lacks the consumer friendly, smooth feel that we all know and love from the more popular streaming services. Even in 4G service I found the videos kept buffering and when you only have your 40min train commute to stream videos during the day, there isn't time for that. The ease of use was also not as smooth as most other streaming services. It isn't always easy to find the shows you want to watch.
