I tried to be optimistic about this app update however there are several critical issues that need addressing. Firstly the ability to look at departed trains under the live train search has gone, the key feature which the National Rail app had over similar apps. For a regular commuter the previous feature of pre-filling your departure and arrival stations was invaluable, now you need to enter every time you open the app. Other users have commented on the general lack of usability and timeouts.

The old version was so compact and user-friendly. The latest upgrade makes the app cumbersome to use. Request reverting the front end to older version
