Pretty bad experience with NPL from the beginning, nothing was working on the website or the app. After contacting them they went above and beyond correcting the situation. Amazing customer service. The quality of their prints is amazing, from luster to pearl their quality is leaps and bounds above of their competitors. Some SNAFUs in the beginning, well worth it in the end. I have had great results from Nations Photo Lab. They are my goto for my photography. I downloaded their app, and I am disappointed that the only thing I can do is order prints. To take advantage of their great services, I have to use their website.

I've tried numerous times to order photos, but I either get endless scrolling of the same 40ish pictures or they don't finish uploading, so I just give up.

I can't get this app to work correctly on my Google Pixel 3a. It continually shows that it is loading the photos, but I never actually see the images. Continually crashes and won't connect directly to my photos on my phone.
