They finally got the app working. The scanner works, the benefits available works, all I need to know. This is on my Samsung Galaxy S7. 12/31/22 as of this recent update I can no longer get into this app.

Absolutely useless. Got it to open last night. Went to Walgreens today and it wouldn't open. Kept saying my password was incorrect...even though it took it last night. This is absolutely the worst app I've ever used, and you can't even get help from them. They treat you like you are an idiot.

This app is completely useless I'm with Aetna. I get my benefits card. I can see where the card was loaded and everything but then when I go to the OTC website it tells me my insurance is expired I sit on hold for over 2 hours it's after midnight. I finally get a representative to answer after sitting on hold for all that time, and they do nothing and tell me they will contact IT support, and I have to call back in 72 hours. What to be on hold again for another 2 hours and they do nothing

I have placed my order on this app, it didn't go through !! It took longer for them to answer my call, so I hung up!! Not convent, but they looked the benefit of money off without hesitation
