★★★★★ Updates are appreciated. Still no option for landscape on android tablet like there is on iPad (actually iPad forces landscape) can view pin details after giving fingerprint ID but the show card details feature keeps popping up to register biometric details instead of showing them or asking for fingerprint. Why do I need to register my face for certain features when I've already registered my fingerprint? Fingerprint ID and patterns are more unique than facial patterns and not prone to light!

★★★★★ Like all apps it can glitche. But having been traditionally nervous about apps, (especially for banking) I find it very secure and reliable* (*most of the time).

★★☆☆☆ The worst bank I have ever seen. Unreal to open an account if you are foreigner. They didn't give the alternative way to appointment account using another type of ID! Customer service is bad. Don't waste your time with them!

★★☆☆☆ Biometrics failed while abroad and stuck with no cash or access to the app. Have been informed that the only way I can get access to my app is through a code sent to my house while im stuck abroad. Multiple calls to Natwest with zero help whatsoever. I am literally stuck abroad with no access to any cash and told it's unfortunate. When I return my account will be shut down, and I will never use this bank again.
