Hi, I'm using nBank App for almost 1 year, Why this M. Baking apps collects the Personal Data as Sexual Orientation. Personal Data should be Named, ID, Mobile Number, Email and Address only. But in the Apps Data Safety section it's Clearly Mentioned this app collected the Sexual Orientation as personal information. What does it mean and why?

Worst customer service of any banks in Nepal. Doesn't help at all, first responders suggest visiting bank helpdesk, bank helpdesk suggests emailing to their support team, support team doesn't respond. Also, people on their Viber team straight up ignore your messages once they are bored.

Worst experience with nail. I forgot my password and now I cannot reset it because I'm not in Nepal. My account has been already blocked twice due to multiple wrong password attempts and that is the only option I have because the registered SIM is in nepal and there is no other way to reset it. I don't know how many times I will have to send them email to unblock my account just to get it block again with multiple wrong attempts.
