Trouble with paying by card. Make a booking and when you go to pay, Visa asks to verify with your bank. Once verified with your banking app you return to this app and your booking is gone, perfect. Only option is to pay in the car. I'd prefer to just call to make a booking.

It's absolutely dreadful tells you 5–10 minutes then driver cancels then you get told by operate be few minutes wait another 10-15, and it just keeps saying assigning driver you also get a 2.50 cancellation fee for how dreadful they are as a company shocking never use these they are the worst taxi company!.

It was the journey from hell. We went through red lights. I was thrown around in the back like a rag dolly cases we slipping all over the place. I have told the company, but their not interested. £350 from Newcastle to Cambria. Even dick Turpin wore a mask. He constantly broke the speed limits. Honestly, journey from hell. Never, never again.
