A super easy to use and incredibly fantastic app! We can do virtual urgent care visits with a physician from our home with just a few clicks, can send messages to the provider of our choosing, review notes and receive documents from the providers, and we often receive results from my child's tests in the portal before we even leave the parking lot! It's super easy to use, intuitive, and all around spectacular! Everyone easily has the same information--important w/ medically complex kiddos!

EDIT - this is so frustrating, the app is stating it needs the newest update, but there is no update to download. Walked through steps still does not work. Uninstall and reinstall, still says needs an update. Why is it installing an old version and not the newest version? I'm about to find a facility that has epics

Great app until they decided on how parents will need to log in for their children's information. We all understand we live in a horrible world. However, if nemours is a community based culture for the care of their patients, then parents must be included as well on these decisions. I agree that things need to change, but inclusion and open discussion should always come first.

Horrible this site must have been made in some Third World country. Over and over I've been sent and activation code and then go to type it in and notice that I haven't received an activation code with enough numbers in it so when I go to type it in all I get is activation code wrong format. Unbelievable garbage
