Some minor issues like: - Closed subaccounts show up in some menus like "top up via card" as if the account is open. - You should be able to request to close/open subaccounts directly from the app. - You should be able to change your plan from the app. - Personal Information screen in user settings causes the app to show a blank page and requires a restart of the app. - Loading time when switching between screens is a bit slow.

This is a great step from Bank Audi to be the leading bank in internet banking. However, the app still requires optimization. Also, why does the back gesture on my phone exits the app? It should take me to the previous window... Very annoying.

Although NEO is a fantastic wallet program that is highly useful and practical, especially for Lebanese citizens who have lost faith in the local banking industry, don't expect it to function flawlessly all the time because it is maintained by Lebanese developers. Due to our inexperience and refusal to strive for near perfection in whatever we do, we are accustomed to encountering problems with all locally built programs, not just NEO.

Unable to sign up. They blocked my original Payroll fresh external account and transferred my money to a Neo account that they have created. And I haven't received a Neo card. What a mess!!

It's been more than a month since I received the card, and they still haven't activated my account ...

I am not able to open the application as a message is showing saying "You are currently using application on developer mode. Please disable developer option"

It's been over 2 months of me having an issue with viewing my cards. Now my cards are blocked and because of that bug I cannot order a new card, activate a card or make any online payments. I've contacted support numerous times over the past 2 months and all I got was fake promises of fixing the issue. Worst banking app experience ever!
