I booked bus ticket from Guwahati to haflong three times through NETWORK TRAVELS app. Money was debited successfully in all three cases, Rs. 598.50 in all three cases. However, after successful payment booking was not successful. I tried contacting both the contacted number and email provided. I called counter number. However, their response is pathetic. They have taken my money but without providing any ticket. Pathetic service
