★★☆☆☆ Always slow. Hardly ever accepts my mobile deposits. Deposit limits are super low. Asked to increase, never happened. Always more restrictions than BoA on transfers. Limited check info for deposits on statements. Just always more headaches than larger banks. Resets my password too often. I hate proving to a robot I am not a robot. I am who I say I am, what happened to trust.

★★☆☆☆ First and foremost: Local DOVER tellers are EXTREMELY NICE!! Perhaps it's wrong to be rating the app poorly for an issue with the Dover branch ATM, but here we are. It is such a pain in the *** to deposit $ there!! It takes forever, and the machine spits my bills back 75% of the time. Allegedly not meeting rewards criteria because of paper statements even tho I NEVER wanted paper, Soooo, yeah. Asked 4 car loan and help with rollover IRA via app but got NO response.
