★★☆☆☆ Submitting a claim always fails when you try to upload a file (regardless of file type). It also shows the benefit card as just a page of info instead of an image of a card. This contributed to some confusion at the pharmacy when I tried to add my coverage.

★★☆☆☆ All of my 5 pending claims are gone. I can't find them anywhere: they are not rejected, not approved. They just disappeared. And I don't have my receipts anymore to claim it again. I'll have to call the office on Monday
