App has a good feel and makes renting easy. Some people forget to unregister their bikes. No easy was report misfuntionalities. So there seems dysfunctionality that they can't manage theirs bike rentals. Personaly its good but the app or the service seems to not manage bikes the right way you find alot of good bikes not rentable.

Scammers! They must have bought reviews for this app. Their previous app had the bottom score, it was the same scam. Horrible experience. - Unable to register and pay for a long time - Reader not working - Bikes getting stuck - Returning the bike at correct zone still gets you charged - Chasing you for 1 dollar debt - You pay 5 dollars more, twice, but they don't register it and still chase you

DON'T RECOMMEND. I have several partnerships paying for my fare for this app and this app still charges me every time. I need to call them every time and then explain, and they still don't fix the problem. I should ride for free 2x15min + 2x60min daily (Litacka and Multisport), however I ride for full fare every time. 0/5 scam service. I have had the app for 3 years now, but recently they stopped counting their partnerships. I've been scammed by the service 5 times past month.
