It won't let me change my email address in the app. So my notifications are going to an old address

May as well just use a web page for all the good the app is. logs you out every time then to log back in send a log in link to email then it never saves your info needs driver's license pic every time lord I can understand being secure, but this is just nightmare getting my one med every month. My phone is secure, only I can access it, so why can't the fact that I use same device every time with its security be enough?
