★★★★★ Suggestion - I can match a scan to a color database, or I can save a scan to my favorite library, but I can't take a scan I've saved in my favorite library and match it against a color database

★★★★★ Works well. Matches are close to 100 percent. If you try them on swatches, it picks up exact matches. You have to be careful with what you see on the screen however, your particular screen can look nothing like the actual color

★★☆☆☆ Cannot access paint libraries for color match. Not good for a brand-new device (nix 3)

★★☆☆☆ I don't really write reviews, but I am unhappy with this product. I lost my last Nix Mini 2. I loved the old Nix. The new Toolkit app is needlessly complicated for most people. The old app allowed color matching across five brands at a time thus ensuring a better color match. In addition, the Color Scheme feature where it gives matching colors was an excellent feature and the main reason amateur interior designer types would buy it in the first place. This is a huge backwards step to me.

★★☆☆☆ The old app worked, now I can't connect to my nix mini 2.
