WHEN the internet actually works it's not bad. If you have to contact this company for anything (and you will trust me) it's a nightmare. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No one is on the same page in this company. Also don't let your employees send responses to people if they are not going to be true or give multiple different responses all incorrect.

I put an order in for one of their modems two months ago and still have not gotten it, and the support team has done nothing for me.

Modem is great, but I can't get the app to find my device. I have the travel plan, and supposedly I need it to pause my service. I enter the IMEI, and it immediately comes back with device not found
