I honestly have no problems with this app! I don't know why so many people have a bad experience. I have only had 2 easy to fix problems, that took a quick phone call to my bank. And that has been over the past 3 years I've had this App. I would have put 5 stars but, a recent update to my phone has made it, so I can't log into it with ease using my fingerprint. To be fair, this doesn't have to do with the app... I think. If the problem is easy to fix, I will change to 5 stars!!

App. Is very easy to use, I forgot my password once I called the bank, and they reset it and emailed put the new password had known problems, a great bank to work with!!

Will not load! I install the app on my tablet which is fairly new Android version 9. When I try to open it it constantly cycles from the very front or first image and won't let you get to the username and password field at all. It just keeps doing this, so I gave it the worst rating that I can think of because I can't even open it to tell you what else is bad. I've been trying to use my tablet, and I've uninstalled this and reinstalled it several times.

Not good in fact I'll say awful... have not been able to log on to my bank accounts with this App on my Android tablet for about 6 months.
