It's a good app, but on occasion, the password and user ID aren't in sync with the most recent credentials, forcing me to change my credentials in order to access my account when using the app. Having the ability to use a flashlight while making mobile deposits would be helpful.

Getting tired of the mobile locking me out of my account, changed password numerous times, use the biometrics still keeps locking me out. It's now every day. They unlock it. Few hours later, locked you out. I'm ready to pull everything out and go somewhere else.

This app is garbage, it never works, constantly knocks you out of your account and won't let you deposit checks.

It's one of the worst banking apps I've ever used. They keep changing the business banking part of it so that it is impossible to pay a bill using a mobile phone. I don't understand why they keep changing it and leaving it so that you can't see or scroll to all the fields and buttons on Bill pay. I can't even submit a payment using my mobile browser. The 'Submit Payments' button won't show up on the screen. Totally useless for business customers.
