I Love the app however all of a sudden I cannot view anything due to the app is telling me I need to update. I don't see an update and now trying to add the app back it keeps spinning. I am so frustrated that I can no longer see when my appointments are! The app was easy to use but now you can no longer view or add to your phone.

Keeps saying there is a new app and wont let me log in. But I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no luck. UPDATE: Larry had the correct answer. Search for EPIC systems My Chart and get the app with the heart in the folder icon. It works.

I'm having the same problem as most of the people who have commented. The app will not allow me to sign in without installing new updated version. Novant should fix this. The red folder My Chart app from Epic appears to be a generic app, and as someone else commented, "who knows where your health information is going?" UPDATE After further exploration, the creator of this app seems to be Epic. I downloaded the red folder My Chart app and was able to sign in to Novant Health My Chart.

There's something wrong with the app. It says we need to download an updated version to proceed and the update is clearly not available. It is such a hassle to get through now. This needs to be fixed soon
