So far, the review questions have been spectacular, but only the first 15 were free. The rest is paid for a lifetime access though! They provide detailed explanations for every answer and offer topic reviews. I've already learned a lot from the explanations and gotten tons of recall from situation based questions.

I love the format and it's great for reading. I am tempted to buy. However, the copyright date is 2016. When reading, there is dated information. Ex: The application states in the preperation ch the following: "Patients in shock should be placed in Trendelenburg position (supine, legs bent at hip, with feet lifted 8–12 inches)." This is no longer true. Lay patient supine, keep warm, and give O2 according to the NREMT approved 2019 textbook as well as both NREMT Practicals and Virginia version.

just upgraded to take the 100 question practice test. I saw a lot of similar and exact questions i saw on the actual real NR EMT BASIC exam i took a few weeks ago...this is def going to help. but where are they pulling the information from ? Which text book?

App has some good questions, and I found only 2 incorrect answers. Explanations are decent. Question bank is deceptively small. Practice tests seem to just repeat the same questions in a different order. Good number of focused questions in each subject. When you take a practice test, you can see right and wrong answers, but not the subject, so you can't see your weak and strong areas. Good app, but not worth the money. More stars for bigger question bank.
