The accuracy of the buses' location needs to be improved. Most of the time they are off by a lot which makes it difficult to estimate the bus movement.

Inaccurate bus feedback and ridiculous customer service. I called their "urgent" helpline for one hour and no one picked up, are your phone lines that busy or no one bothers
