This program truly works. Using this program was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has resulted in now being able to concentrate fully again and to see the best in things I view. This app is truly life changing! No need for stress reducing medications at all with this app. I do wish that I could afford to do every channel, but it just isn't doable right now. However, it's a definite game changer. It helps me manage my stress so that I can be a better version of myself for my spouse and kids. I did the free trial and couldn't get enough! Now I just use the sleep suite because it gives me the channels that help me the most. Although 'ignite' and 'focus' are also favorites!

This is paid app, and I am giving a star because it has an effect on my sleep. But otherwise, for any type of sleep that I choose : deep sleep/restoration/power nap it stops playing with sound after 30 or 40 minutes, even if I keep the app in foreground. The app does not freeze, but the sound stops. Even if I press the restart button, it does nothing. I am very disappointed.

Again my negative review disappeared. This app basically costs $50 a month or more to use as it's part of the Nu Calm membership. It has 1 job -- play music. And it doesn't even do that correctly. The app freezes, music won't play, or suddenly ends the session when you're almost done. The app keeps track of your 'streak' or how many consecutive days you use it, but it's a USELESS feature as the app is SO GLITCHY it does NOT register 90% of my sessions as "complete".

I'm a shift worker and im always sleep-deprived, so I spent the money on this as a desperate attempt to simulate more sleep and feel better. Now that I have it I'm very disappointed. The soundtracks glitch and pause - even when downloaded, many people have had the same problem. I emailed customer support and they ignored my email. I don't feel any more rested than if I just closed my eyes for 30 minutes. A frustrating waste of money.
