You can view and schedule shifts, see how much the pay is, view any bonuses, get the location information, and get paid immediately after your shift. All this with easy access on their platform that's available on a regular computer or on your phone. The app is a super convenient and easy way to schedule shifts when YOU are available to work.

The company is great to work for but the new app is not as good as the prior one.

Company has customer support number and email listed to contact if issues arise however emails sent to company come back as address not active and phone number does not work then a chat option is available but at first it's AI then a woman the AI tells me to contact customer service, but then woman stares there is no phone contact support when asking her why there is a phone number listed she says they upgraded there system THIS has SCAM written all over it
