I book my hotel by nusa trip. They take price double room, but actual hotel give single room and small room. Hotel reply our hotel is full you have to manage in small room. When I force yo change room hotel say your room is booked by Agoda not nusa trip and Agoda book small room. In nusa app they cheating like this. Actually nusatrip take money from you double room and use Agoda app yo book room
