The app is not working fine even the new version is not properly functional... I even can't select the nationality to create the account.

I've created an account. And now it's not letting me log in. It logged me out on its own. I deleted the app, reinstalled it. My account is there, but apparently I've attempted too many times and the verification code keeps glitching me back tot the log in screen. I've had this app for a month and have been trying to book! Now I'm close to visitation and I can't even log on!

Nusuk has not thought of implementation and made it difficult to go to the most pious journey of a lifetime it's nearly March '24 for a June Hajj and packages have not been released. There is lack of information, how can I leave my children and not plan my Hajj in advance. Please provide a dual solution to UK citizens, so we can have a choice of Nusuk Vs local. Any questions go to deep black hole. May Allah give guidance.

This app crashes all the time. Not sure if this is a deliberate attempt so fewer people can perform Umrah or Hajj. Extremely bad app.
