Great to have an app to quickly and easily check my 401(k) plan balance. I can also change contribution rates and see rates of return for my account including for each underlying investment.

Zero stars. It took 2 minutes before could enter ID. Then got Error Invalid User ID/Password even though it all works on the desktop version. The app was disappointing. Desktop works okay. Okay this is an update. Since my initial experience the app has improved tremendously. It now works as it was described. Now, it's a pleasure to use. For this reason I have upgraded it to 5 stars. Thanks to the develops for making the needed improvements.

Lackluster app. This is almost a 'view only' and only had roughly a 1/4 of what the website offers. Unable to turn on push notifications, although I'm really not sure what the would notify you about. My biggest complaint with NWPS is that you can't seem to follow your money. I know the market is down, but I would like to see a line graph of how my account is doing daily as I would have had less of a panic attack when I lost 1.5k this month and had no idea why at first. That deserves a notification

What the heck? No"forgot your password" link? I didn't forget it, but haven't logged in on the app before, so I assume my password isn't working and needs to be reset? But seriously. One star for not having that seemingly redundant yet all important link.
