★★★★★ This made paying my bill so easy, I pay from my phone

★★★★★ This app is a pain to add a debit card. It takes you to a browser, and then when I want to add a debit card, it asks for the pinless number. I added the debit card number and the nickname, but it never goes through. So, I had to add it as a credit card. Another thing to mention is that there is no way to remove an old payment method. Everything is all confusing. 11/29/24 update: I'm glad there is an easy way to add and remove a payment method within the app now.

★★★★★ It's easy to use and make your payments plus you get to find out if you have any outages in your area I differently recommend 👌

★★☆☆☆ Not able to pay my bill with app. Been to NYSE and no one could help with problem

★★☆☆☆ The app is fine .....but NYSE is the worst company that I currently have to deal with on a regular basis......by far the worst thing is their inadequacy to keep an accurate account of what they charge you. And their customer service is time walled behind 30 minutes of computer pasta.....and to top it all off the money you spend doesn't go to New York at all.......from top to bottom it is a very hateful company to deal with
