I just started using the app a little over a year ago because it was recommended by my doctors from my heart transplant team. This app makes it easy to get test results, doctor's appointments, and answers to any questions you have about your health care. You have access to your doctors, nurses, social workers, and pharmacist who stay on top of your medication and remind you when it's due. Also ask about any side effects tou may be having. It's very convenient for me and I would recommend any one

Violates HIPAA. Once you start using this app any MD and almost any medical employee will have access to your data. In the past it was not so easily accessible, but someone gave access to any MD, and you'd expect all this to benefit the health of a Pt, but unfortunately it's not always the case. They tried to restrict access to the patients which is another red flag. If this is coming from someone at NYU this shall be reported not only to tech support.

My primary care physician does nothing but write referrals for specialists. A physician's assistant performs the vitals, phlebotomist takes blood for labs, and there's no communication between specialists I currently have. Classic example of dysfunctional US healthcare system. NYU Langone even sent me a donation request. They got 50 million dollar "donation" from just one pharmaceutical company last year, and I'm supposed to support them? Despicable.

I don't know what happened to this app, I used to be able to view my account, and now it says I have no account on file. Every week I would pay my bill on this app, and now I can't even see my account. It totally sucks! And it's impossible to get a human on the phone that has brains. They all talk from a script, and they talk over you.
