This is my first bank I've had since I was 16yrs old, and I'm 24 now, and they have always accommodated to my needs. I live in Oregon where they don't have physical banks and the online banking has saved my life!! Thank you O'Bannon!!!

Terrible app, it never works properly, this being not user-friendly is leading to me finding a different place to bank all together.

The app and the bank struggle with basic things. The app won't work half the time or more. My debit card will get locked over normal everyday purchases and thy don't even notify you. You just have to hunt down a phone number because there is never anyone available to fix anything. It's starting to be a joke and a huge inconvenience to bank here. I've been a customer for over 3 years. I'm tired of this.
